The Fertility Awareness Method as Birth Control

Taking Charge of Your Fertility does not only instruct and guide couple on how to successfully conceive a child, it also helps women who wants to gain knowledge regarding the chemical-free and natural birth control. This is a whole lot more efficient than the rhythm method.

It is important to note that the method only suites those couple who are very well committed and has been screened for STDs. The only means of protecting you against STDs and HIV is condom.
