After the birth of her son Ryder she immediately took a weight loss program as it was affecting her career as an actress. And as per the recent news she lost the weight in just three months. The entire thing was not about starving and going to strict diet but it involved two to three hours of workout everyday and having food rich in proteins and carbohydrates. It also involved having lot of juicy fruits to keep your skin looking fresh and young. She had to concentrate on arms, butt and back exercises and also do yoga once in a day. You may be wondering that whether to do so much of workout and going on the diet would be safe for you and your child, but believe me everyone should undergo such program as only that would help you in the long run. The only thing which a new mom should keep in mind is that she should consult a doctor before starting with any kind of exercises because if she is breast feeding then she needs to take certain points into consideration. Breastfeeding should be done by every mother as that is the basic requirement for any child and it also helps in burning fats for the mother at a faster pace. But never hurry with anything. Don’t worry on how Kate Hudson lost her weight, rather concentrate on yourself and you would be able to do it easily. Eat lot whole grains, fruits and vegetables rich in proteins and vitamins. So some regular exercises but start with a slower pace, consult your doctor and then move ahead. Take proper sleep and go to sleep when the baby is asleep otherwise you would be in big trouble.
